The IXYS Integrated Circuits Division’s LBB110 is a highly reliable and optically coupled MOSFET switch relay with a multitude of uses in a great array of telecommunications and other environments.
The IXYS Integrated Circuits Division LBB110 is a through-hole DPST (2 Form B) solid-state relay with dual independent optically coupled MOSFET switches for switching electrical circuits. This OptoMOS relay has a compact design with a single 8-pin package and a load current and voltage rating of 120 mAh and 350 V DC, respectively. Its control voltage range includes 900 mVDC to 1.4 VDC with a solder pin termination. This SSR (solid-state relay) features a 35-Ohm maximum on-state resistance with AC/DC output. Moreover, the product is highly suitable for applications where efficient switching and high reliability are required. In addition, the telecommunication SSR offers long-lasting service life with a standard manufacturer lead time of 43 weeks.
