Delivery and Returns Policy


Delivery

We currently deliver worldwide.

Shipping Cost: Once you have placed the items you wish to purchase into your shopping cart, we will calculate the cost of delivery for you based on your delivery address and the value of your order.

Delivery Time: We generally dispatch orders for in-stock items within three working days of you placing your order.

Deliveries generally take between three and five working days to arrive once dispatched, depending on your postcode.

International Shipping:

Cost: Calculated at checkout

Delivery time: Dependent on location, and we will aim to provide you an estimate upon dispatch of your order.

You can keep an eye on the status of your delivery using the tracking email sent to you once your purchase has been dispatched.

The above are estimates only, based on the timeframes provided by our shipping provider. There may be delays during busy sale periods, during severe weather events, or for other reasons outside our control.

Returns for Change of Mind:

You may return an eligible item for a refund for change of mind within 14 days from the day after your item is delivered to you. Refunds for returns for change of mind will only apply to a “consumer” under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. For any other returns for change of mind, you will receive a credit note.

Return Conditions:

You must meet all the following conditions to request a return for change of mind:

  • You request a refund or credit note for change of mind within 14 days from the day after the products are delivered to you.
  • The products are in their original condition and have not been used, worn, damaged, tampered with, washed, altered, connected, installed or attempted to be connected or installed.
  • The products are in their original undamaged packaging with all product tags still intact.
  • None of the exceptions below apply.

Exceptions:

We are unable to accept returns for change of mind for.

  • Personalised items.
  • Sealed audio or video recordings or computer software, if they have been unsealed.
  • you have damaged the products, or the products are no longer in their original condition (including where you have cut tags off).

How to Return to Us

  1. Contact our team at returns@enrgtech.co.uk to initiate a return. You should include details of your order number and the items you are wishing to return.
  2. Place your return in a single parcel. You can use any packaging you like, as long as it is secure.
  3. Send the return back to us within 14 days of initiating your return to the address set out below. We recommend using a reliable, tracked delivery service, as we are not responsible to you for any loss or damage caused by your chosen delivery provider.
  4. Your return will be processed, and you will receive a credit note or the return amount to the same payment method used when placing your order, within 14 days of us receiving the items back.
  5. If you are a consumer and the consumer cancellation rights apply to you, we will provide you with a refund for a change of mind purchase. If you are not a consumer and the consumer cancellation rights do not apply to you, we will provide you with a credit note for a change of mind purchase. The credit note will be redeemable on our website.

Cost of Delivery for Returns

We will not cover the costs of delivery or re-delivery for a change of mind return. You must cover these yourself.

Faulty Items

If your item is faulty, please contact us at the contact details set out below. You may have rights under UK Consumer Laws, in addition to your right of return for change of mind.
