Wera Multicoloured Hex-Plus Keys (950 SPKL)
Our hex key range from Wera is made up from L shaped, colour coded keys that have been designed to ensure a larger contact surface inside the screw recess which helps reduce the notching effect and allows for a 20% more torque transfer. Did you know?
A Hex Key is commonly referred to as an Allen Key, this is because Allen was the original manufacturer of the Hex key.
Also, a hex key can be reconditioned using an electrical grinder, or similar type of equipment. Through removing the worn out part, the hex key has the capability of functioning like its brand new again – Although this type of maintenance should be minimal if the hex key is cared for and kept in a good condition.
