Solid and well-made product. I ordered 14, and need 12 for my current job, each one arrived wrapped in a separate bubble bag, none broke, no chips... thanks to previous reviewers, they sorted out the packaging issues. The design is quite clever. The ceramic top piece is screwed to the base with the same thread on the outside as the bulb on the inside. The quality is very good and I shouldn't have to worry about this light for many years to come!
