After using the Greenlee DVC-10 for over 10 years, I finally had to find a replacement. No one currently makes a meter with the same specs, but this one comes very close at a fraction of the price. After a few weeks in the field, it was followed by a sale. Durable construction and ease of use are excellent. There is room for improvement. There is a slight delay in the voltage measurement. The main disadvantage is that unlike most voltmeters, this model does not make noise when there is an electric current. It's not a decision, but it does take some practice. I would also like to have a light guide for the extensions. The digital display is easy to read and the backlight option is ideal for overhead work. The GFCI test feature works as advertised. I really like how the probe is mounted remotely to check the receptacle after removing unnecessary guards. They work great with tamper proof sockets!!! I would have given it 5 stars. A robust meter designed for everyday use.
