The Loctite purple 10ml pipe and thread sealant liquid is made for It can be easily disassembled using standard hand tools. The substance cures when contained between tightly fitting metal surfaces without air, preventing loosening and leakage from shock and vibration. Methacrylate makes up this product, which requires no mixing. It is especially well suited for tasks that need quick disassembly without shearing screws, such as the adjustment of set screws, small diameter fasteners, or lengthy engagement length fasteners. Because of its thixotropic properties, it prevents the liquid product from migrating after being applied to the substrate, locking and sealing threaded fixings.
