This RCD adapter was delivered quickly and well-packaged. I had an RCD Masterplug many years ago and it broke when I replaced it years later. This new one looks completely different, so I want the design to be mature. Only time will tell on this one. We reiterate the criticism that the on/off indicator is only a visible indicator, but we hope this will reduce the cost. It is a pity not to use small LED indicators. You may have thought it might be cheaper than mechanical equipment. The LCD screen has a wide viewing angle and can be seen from afar. The viewing angle of this instrument is limited and the markings are unclear. I use an LED light to overcome this problem when testing. There are no issues when plugging into a 13A outlet or plugging the unit into an RCD. A nice feature is a recess on the back of each side which helps you hold the handle when removing the RCD from the socket. When I press the test and restart buttons, it works perfectly. So now I am very happy with this purchase. At current prices, it represents excellent value for money.
