This pressure-reducing valve is manufactured by Watts. The default factory settings of this reducing valve is set at 3 bar. The pressure setting is adjustable between 1.5 and 4 bars. It serves three functions: pressure reducing valve, isolating valve, and approved controllable check valve.
The Redubloc 3.1 pressure reducing valve manufactured by Watts is a device designed for cold and hot water supply for apartments, individual homes, hotel rooms, and kitchens. The controllability check valve is certified in conformity with the regulations in force. It can withstand a maximum temperature of 70°C. It can function both in horizontal and vertical directions.
The pressure reducing valve protects the installation against excessive pressure, the check valve ensures the sanitary conformity of the connecting. It allows the cost of 3 different devices to be installed in order to guarantee the same functions. This type of pressure-reducing valve is used to maintain constant reduced pressure in a pipeline where the flow is fluctuating. They are also widely used in high-rise buildings, areas with overly high water pressure in urban water supply networks, mines and other conveyance systems to ensure that various points in the water supply obtain the appropriate service water pressure and flow.
