To seal tight-fitting connections between stiff metal faces and flanges, Loctite 574 is a fast-curing flange sealant. After assembly, Loctite 574 creates a low-pressure seal between closely spaced metal surfaces by curing in the absence of air. Once used, Loctite 574 won't run since it keeps its viscosity under static circumstances.
Fluid and gas leaks in machine components and pipe connections are stopped by flange sealants. Additionally strengthens the assembly and prevents corrosion, of the sealant. The sealant's liquid nature makes it possible to cover surface gaps and imperfections.
