The holders I received are very strong and appear to be high quality stainless steel (i.e. a magnet won't stick to them, no ferrous content in them). I have not seen any tendency to rust, for example due to fingerprints, which is another indication that the material is HQ. The screws they come with are most likely unsuitable for whatever you'd be using them for, so plan on supplying your own longer/larger screws. They work great so far and I hope they continue to work. They're more substantial than I expected, and having the screws included sped up the project.
