Indicators, as the name indicates, are illuminating devices designed to signify that equipment is either receiving power or that there is some fault. They are commonly used as guidance or warning signals and are used primarily on electronic or mechanical equipment to monitor or alarm the operational status of the equipment. Furthermore, they come in various sizes and types to suit applications and are known for their ease of installation and longevity in harsh environments.

LED and Non-LED:

Because of their extensive application possibilities and low power requirements, LED indicators are the industry standard. Incandescent and neon indicators are also available. Recently, LEDs have replaced the use of traditional incandescent indicators. LEDs are the best choice for their application because they last longer and consume less power. Though some engineers or customers prefer to use neon batteries as well, LED indicators work best as well as other indicators, depending on the user.
