Corintech FilesThruTheAir WiFi-Alert Monitoring System The WiFi-Alert is a standalone monitoring system for all data loggers in the FilesThruTheAir™ WiFi range. The WiFi-Alert will receive alarm messages from any FilesThruTheAir™ WiFi sensor connected to the same wireless network. The WiFi-Alert indicates an alarm activation using high brightness LEDs and a choice of 9 alarm tones. The WiFi-Alert will also continue to work when the PC is turned off. The WiFi-Alert has been designed to be continuously powered via the mains however it does contain a rechargeable lithium polymer battery for device positioning and limited power during the event of a mains failure. The audible alarm can be muted by pressing the WiFi-Alert button once or remotely from the PC software. There is also a configurable auto-mute function. After initial set-up audible and visual alerts can be reconfigured wirelessly from the PC software. The audible and visual WiFi signal strength indicator is activated by pressing the WiFi-Alert button three times. All LEDs and a fast beep indicate a strong signal. Limited LEDs and slow beep indicate a weak signal. The WiFi-Alert has an IP44 rating and can be attached to a wall or flat surface using the bracket or adhesive pad provided. It is also supplied with a micro USB lead and mains charger. The operating temperature range for this product is -20°C to +60°C. Data Logging Mode : When in Data Logging mode the EnviroPad-TC can be set-up and left to take temperature readings at predetermined intervals for any desired length of time. All data logging parameters are set using the EnviroPads touchscreen interface, with custom settings such as: sample rate, high & low alarms and delayed start if you would rather begin logging at a later time or date. Spot Measurement Mode : When in Spot Measurement mode the EnviroPad-TC can be used as a thermometer to manually capture temperature readings displayed on screen.
