A 27A 12V battery is an alkaline battery. It is mostly used in remote control toys, garage doors, and photographic equipment. It is a type of electrochemical energy which converts chemical energy to electrical energy. It is available in three sizes i.e; AAAAA, AAAA and AAA. It has a capacity of 25mAh and rated voltage of 12V. This type of battery is available everywhere. The composition of an alkaline battery has a positive and negative electrode. A good alkaline battery has higher standard energy than a lower standard energy. Its high density means that it is free of lead, mercury and cadmium. These batteries are fresh and long lasting. It gives you more than 100 hours of usage in continuous discharge. The discharge performance of the battery is strong.
It has better dimensional stability. The leakage is low in this battery and has enough longer life. It has low internal resistance and works quite well with low and high temperatures.
The only disadvantage of this battery is that it has a higher cost.
The construction of a 27a 12v battery is that powder zinc acts as anode while manganese dioxide serves as cathode. Potassium hydroxide serves as an electrolyte. Sometimes the potassium hydroxide emits a leaky agent which costs irritation in eyes, skin and respiration. Oxidation takes place at anode while reduction at anode. Wall clocks and electronic toys all use these kinds of batteries.
