This flux works great! I bought two Wii controllers off eBay that didn't work and traced the problem to the Bluetooth chips. The solder joints underneath had cracked so I sprayed some of this flux around it and covered everything else with aluminum foil then hit it with the heat gun for about 40 seconds until the stream started bubbling and zapping like magic. I had two that worked. controllers! I've used this flow for a few other projects as well and it flows well and makes good ties. The applicator seems to be just the right size, not too big for fine enough work and not too small to clog. I've had it for about two months and it seems to be holding up well. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who welds or reworks surface mount components.
