This item is ideal for opening boxes and other shipping containers in a variety of ways. This product comes with extra blades, but we recommend that you purchase the extra blades immediately. They are a little different for me and have to be ordered online. It would be nice if the cutter had instructions. We need to train more people to use the cutting machine correctly. The instructions do not clearly indicate how to use them to avoid puncturing the contents of the box. Depth selectors and blade locks are difficult to explain to many people. One of my employees broke the handle because he didn't understand there was a lock and had to open it the first time he used it. After a little use, I found that the bag had lost its grip. However, this product exceeded my expectations in many ways and others are still using it.
