"SIRIUS ACT with PROFINET connects push buttons and indicators directly via PROFINET to control and HMI devices, including with safety functions. With this solution designed for control management, up to 21 SIRIUS ACT devices can be connected to the control via PROFINET. The combination of the mushroom push button Emergency Stop (SIL 3, PLe) is possible with PROFIsafe. Applications other than SIRIUS ACT, e.g. mode switch, can also be connected via digital/analog interface (DI, DQ, AI). The system integration is complete with the TIA Portal and does not need to be addressed other than the IP address for PROFINET. Quick and easy installation with flat cables without special tools saves large wiring expenses. The SIRIUS ACT indicator button can be quickly and easily connected to the AS-Interface communication system. These solutions are available: - AS-Interface module - AS-Interface module and safety type for mushroom plug buttons - The AS-Interface cabinet is equipped with 1 to 6 main controllers IO-Link: SIRIUS ACT buttons, pushbuttons and indicators can be connected quickly and safely to IO-Link. The connection is made via a special IO-Link module.
