Lead Screws
Thomson precision lead screws are an excellent economical solution for many linear motion applications. Precision rolling process ensures accurate positioning and its PTFE coating process produces assemblies that have less drag torque and last longer. The offer includes metric stainless steel lead screws in a range of thread sizes, lengths and leads and interchangeable nuts. Nuts are available in many sizes, external connection (thread and flange), standard or anti-backlash and are internally lubricated.
Lead size = Distance moved along the lead screw for a 360° turn of the nut.
