IR Phototransistor Right Angle Package
The right angle type series, from Stanley Electric, are a family of side view, infrared (IR) phototransistors. These surface mounted (SMD) devices have a black epoxy daylight filter that cuts visible radiation below 700nm. Suitable applications for the side looking phototransistors include; car audio, electric household appliances, PC/peripheral equipment and other general purpose applications.
