Modulbox XTS DIN Rail Mount Enclosures The Modulbox XTS version B is a DIN Rail mountable enclosure. It is designed according to DIN 43880 to meet the needs of various applications including heating & lighting control and energy metering. These DIN Rail mounting enclosures are available as 3, 4, 6, 9 and 12 module versions, in a standard height of 53 mm. The Modulbox XTS B boasts a high shoulder on one side of the enclosure allowing for extra volume within the enclosure for larger components. Modulbox XTS Compact The Modulbox Compact XTS is a DIN Rail mountable enclosure made from a self-extinguishing PC/ABS blend. This new addition to the Italtronic range has its height reduced to approximately 32 mm. That apart, it is similar to the Modulbox XTS enclosure and can be equipped with the same electronic boards. With simple spacers or pins, another PCB can be fitted to the top of the enclosure. The Modulbox Compact XTS is available in 24 enclosure kits divided into 3 versions. Features and Benefits Version A allows terminal blocks/connectors to be mounted on either side of the enclosure Version B has one open side for terminal blocks/connectors and one high shoulder to increase internal volume for components Version C has two high shoulders offering increased volume for components All 3 have a top panel produced as part of the mould (non-removable) Applications The Modulbox XTS Compact is designed for use in various electronic and electrical applications. It can be hooked on the GUIDE EN 60715 (made in conformity with standard DIN 38880) or can be fixed to the wall. Note Versions A and B utilise the terminal covers used with the standard Modulbox XTS. Railbox Compact DIN Rail Mount Enclosures The Railbox Compact is a unique and stylish DIN rail mountable enclosure suitable for electronic applications. It is a lower profile version of the standard Railbox enclosure with a height of 79mm. There are 4 widths available: 17.5mm, 22.5mm, 35mm and 45mm. The Railbox Compact allows the PCB to be mounted in the base without the need for screws.
