Staplers

Staplers are common office tools designed to bind multiple sheets of paper together by driving a metal fastener (staple) through the paper. These tools organise and secure paper sheets by folding the ends of the staple over the paper to hold them together. A stapler is widely used in offices, schools, and various other settings for organising and securing documents. Staplers come in multiple sizes, colours, and shapes and are typically rated by their stapling capacity–the maximum number of sheets of paper they can reliably staple together. Additionally, many staplers come with a built-in staple remover on the underside for removing staples from the sheets.

• Half Strip Staplers – A half strip stapler, as the name suggests, is designed to hold half the number of staples compared to a full strip stapler. These staplers are more compact and lighter than full-strip staplers, making them easier to handle and transport. Half-strip staplers are suitable for stapling smaller paper quantities and are generally more portable and space-saving.
• Long-Reach Staplers – Long-reach staplers have a longer throat or reach compared to handheld staplers. They are designed to staple papers that are larger or positioned farther from the paper's edge, making them ideal for specific tasks such as booklet binding, pamphlet creation, and center-stitching. 
• Tacker Staplers – Tacker staplers, also called staple guns, are hand tools that use staples for attaching items to surfaces like walls or wooden boards.
