COB LEDs

Chip on Board (COB) LEDs are advanced small-sized LED modules mounted on a small substrate incorporating multiple LED chips. These LEDs involve mounting multiple LED chips directly onto a substrate to form a single lighting module. The base substrate (mostly circular or square) is phosphor coated, creating different colour temperatures and converting blue LED chips into white lights. A typical COB LED produces white light; however, other COB LEDs include blue and yellow-orange, depending on the environment and applications.
