This connector is made from nylon and metal coupling ring with stainless steel bayonet pins integrally moulded into the body. This circular plastic connector comes with a metal coupling nut and bayonet retention mechanism, providing the cost and weight benefits of a plastic connector with the durability of a metal connector. Neptune: Based on the Trident Ringlok series, the Neptune range combines power and signal contacts. Widely used in automotive, marine and process control industries, it features a strong bayonet coupling system with standard and reversed pin/socket combinations. A wide selection of backshell accessories, rear housings and dust caps are available. To maintain IP67 rating, the rear of the connectors have a rubber seal, which is pierced upon contact insertion.
