The compact design of the Dynamic D-1000 series enables it to be used in applications where space saving is required in miniaturized equipment applications. These Dynamic D-1200 plug housings have a 2.5mm pitch and feature a housing lance structure to help prevent contact lance breakage during terminal process handling. A housing lock and keying are incorporated into the design for accurate and secure mating. These housings are also colour coded with the circuit number marked on them for accurate mating identification and wiring. Part numbers x-1903131-x are designed for panel mounting and incorporate panel mount retention ears. TE Connectivity Dynamic 1200 Series Plug Style Tab Housings are a fragment of the D-1000 series connector system, considered the smallest signal connector in the range of dynamic connectors. Space-saving is required in many miniaturized equipment applications. Therefore, the compact design of the Dynamic D-1000 series provides efficient completion of such objectives and is very effective in these applications. To prevent any contact lance breakage during terminal process handling, they consist of a housing lance structure and a 2.5mm pitch for the plug housings. For secure and accurate mating, the design of this 2 row male connector is incorporated with a housing locking and keying feature. These housings can be identified through the color codes, and the circuit numbers are written on them so that mating identification and wiring can be made correctly without any mismatching.
